Umair Ahmed Khan (born 1 January 1980) is a Pakistani racing car driver currently competing in the UAETCC for Lap 57. He is the reigning UAE Touring Car Class 2 Champion, having previously won the series in 2010.

Umair moved to UAE in the late 1990’s and it was there he had the opportunity to race due to the lack of motor racing infrastructure back in Pakistan. In 1999 he took part in an Autocross. Umair worked in the automotive industry while also publishing a car related magazine with associates. It was with these people he helped found the Lap 57 racing team.

In October 2009 he got his first chance of professional Touring car racing, when he drove at the Dubai Autodrome for the first two rounds of the UAETCC for Class 2 cars. In qualifying driving his Honda Civic Type R (1998cc) he snatched pole, and despite being a rookie, went on two with both races.

He and his team also raced in the 2010 Dubai 24 Hour at the Dubai Autodrome in the middle of January. Even though his team clocking the fastest time in his class, they finished 7th from 8 teams in the class and 55 out of a field of 74 teams.

Despite this, he returned to the Touring Car scene to wrap up his first title in his first ever year of racing. Umair continued to dominate the following year picking up a podium in ever race as he held on to his title.
